We offer nationwide home delivery service for customers ordering via our website, fanpage, or phone call. This does not apply to customers purchasing directly at our store.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer through a third-party shipping company.

Delivery Time:

Orders within and around Ho Chi Minh City:

Delivery time is 1–2 days after placing the order.

Orders placed before 11:30 AM will be delivered in the same afternoon.

Orders placed after 11:30 AM will be delivered in the evening or the next morning.

Orders in other provinces/cities:

Delivery time is 2–3 days for central city areas, and 3–7 days for suburban, district, commune, or town areas.

(Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)

Order processing time is calculated from when we receive your completed payment.

Delivery time may change if requested by the customer or adjusted by EGA in cases of natural disasters or other special events.

Your order will be delivered a maximum of 2 times. If the first attempt fails, our staff will contact you to schedule a second delivery. If we still cannot reach you or receive no response, the order will no longer be valid.

Upon receiving the delivery, please sign to confirm with the delivery staff and check the quantity and type of items to ensure they are correct. Kindly keep the delivery receipt and purchase invoice for future reference.

1. Return & Exchange Conditions

Customers are required to check the product status and may exchange/return the item at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:

The product is not the correct type or model as per the order or listed on the website at the time of ordering.
The quantity or items received are incomplete compared to the order.
External damage such as torn packaging, peeling, breakage, etc.

Customers are responsible for providing relevant documents to prove the above issues in order to complete the return/exchange process.

2. Return & Exchange Notification and Submission Time

Notification time for return/exchange: within 48 hours from receiving the product in cases of missing accessories, gifts, or damage.
Time to send the returned product: within 14 days from receiving the product.
Return location: Customers can bring the product directly to our office/store or send it via post.
